This letter is to document the outstanding professionalism, commitment, and integrity demonstrated by Rachel Bodner over the last 4 months serving as our USAA Mover´s Advantage referred buyer´s agent from Coldwell Banker. Rachel was an absolute pleasure to work with due to her daily commitment to service and patience dealing with our ever changing requirements and "wish list". Rachel absolutely represented our best interests on several matters requiring the negotiation of terms and conditions on two separate offers. She also referred us to a great home inspector and lawyer in the area which was extremely helpful being newcomers to the community. We knew they could be trusted since Rachel earned our trust on a daily basis. Rachel quickly educated us on the communities located in the metro-west Boston area, and showed us many diverse neighborhoods, covering over 7 towns and 2 counties. This process helped us determine what town best fit out family, budget and needs. She met every request promptly and thoroughly, I interviewed four different realtors prior to choosing Rachel as out buyer´s agent, and I am highly confident that I made the absolute right choice in realtors. We found Rachel through a friends recommendation. From a Buyer Agent she turned out to be a friend helping us in our first home purchase. It started with a complete analysis of the area, schools districts and houses sold with the same criteria that we were looking for. She armed us with the relevant statistics and maps. When we went to look for houses she allowed us to make our judgment and never forced her opinion or over sold the property. It took us almost two years of searching; we changed our mind multiple times. We had a few properties that the deal halted in different stages of the sell cycle for different reasons. We had multiple constraints and we did not make her life easy optimizing the outcome. Yet, Rachel patiently went along with us over and over again till we found the right property, in the right location within our budget. She cleverly negotiated the deal and saved us a lot of money with her advice. One example that I can remember, is that the Seller requested a long closing term and it was Rachel who suggested to split the long interest rate lock cost between us and the Seller. (I did plan to lock the rate but I did not think about it at this point in the negotiation process.) She was not our first Buyers Agent; we had one in MA before and another in NJ so I have some baseline to compare. We will ask for her service if we ever need to move from the great place that we own now or if we get lucky and can afford a second property!

Rachel helped us find our home in Wayland and all I can say is she was absolutely outstanding. She was so nice and patient with us(we must seen 50-75 houses) because we didnt know what town we wanted to be in. She was always professional and very accommodating with her schedule. We asked her opinion about many things and she always stuck with the facts, which we appreciated. She also gave us helpful information about different towns regarding schools recreation etcwhich was great and so helpful. She also went above and beyond as far as if she didnt know something she would try to find the answer and get back to us promptly. She was such a joy to work with and I would recommend her hands down as one of the best Real Estate Professionals I have ever worked with and we have moved a bit (Michigan, twice Ohio).
